Sales Development Representative

Soulside AI is a specialist AI platform for behavioral health documentation and compliance. The Sales Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations to create a pipeline, working closely with the CEO and Director of Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations
• Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach—email, phone, LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership
• Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews
• Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in healthcare (previous work in AI is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication—clear, human, no filler
• Interest in behavioral health, or mission-driven startups
• A resilient, self-directed mindset—you manage your own cadence
• Coachability and a drive to improve
• experience selling into behavioral health settings
• familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows
