Sales Development Representative

Syren is an industry leader in Enterprise Data & AI Solutions, assisting enterprises in maximizing their investments in data and AI. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to help develop outbound sales strategies and engage with key stakeholders in strategic enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute account-based outbound campaigns across a targeted North American account universe
• Research companies, industries, earnings calls, business initiatives, and other buying signals to identify relevant opportunities
• Identify and engage line-of-business stakeholders across functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Revenue Growth, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Analytics and Customer Experience
• Develop personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, prioritizing relevance and business context over volume
• Create account and persona-specific messaging around business problems that Syren can solve with Data, AI and Databricks-native solutions
• Prospect for opportunities around Syren’s industry accelerators and Databricks CoE on Data & AI modernization
• Work with Databricks Teams and Syren sales leadership to turn conversations into qualified opportunities
• Run structured multi-touch campaigns and continuously test messaging, personas, and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate account intelligence, engagement activity, and opportunity information in CRM
• Represent Syren at selected industry events and use those interactions to build relationships and pipeline
• Share market intelligence and prospect feedback with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve our GTM motion

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, business development, or enterprise lead generation
• Proven experience in B2B technology, IT services, Data & AI, or Cloud
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and account-based selling
• Demonstrated ability to research accounts and identify buying signals, business priorities, and relevant stakeholders
• Experience engaging senior business and functional leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technology and translate it into business value
• Experience prospecting into North America markets, preferably in the Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or HLS verticals
• High degree of ownership, curiosity, resilience, and resourcefulness
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Experience with modern sales and prospecting platforms such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT / Claude or other AI tools
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Cloud is a strong plus
