Job Summary
As the Senior District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units. You will ensure that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives, and you will be responsible to successfully implement organizational initiatives. Additionally, in this role you will be responsible for the Onboarding, Developing, Coaching, Mentoring, and Performance Management of all District Managers.
This role is based out of Ottawa and is responsible for overseeing multiple Hauling Sites and all Collections Operations in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario (including Kingston, Napanee and Brockville)

Experience in a position involving operations, customer service, community relations, health and safety, financial and human resources function; experience as a supervisor or manager; experience implementing safety (OH&S) programs and equipment specifications; experience preparing and managing budgets, and experience resolving labor relations issues required. Experience in managing multiple locations or business units is preferred.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $165,000 -$175,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus. This position is not for an existing vacancy
