Software Sales - Business Development Manager

iRely is a leading global provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software serving customers in Agriculture, Petroleum and Retail markets. The Business Development Manager will drive new customer acquisition and expand iRely's presence throughout North America while managing the complete enterprise sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new revenue opportunities
• Identify, qualify, and build relationships with executive decision-makers within agriculture, agribusiness, food processing, commodity trading, manufacturing, and related industries
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, RFP responses, contract negotiations, and closing
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales goals
• Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies
• Analyze industry trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify new market opportunities
• Represent iRely at industry conferences, customer events, and trade shows
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity within the company's CRM platform
• Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows throughout the United States

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5–7+ years of successful business development or enterprise software sales experience
• Proven experience selling ERP or SaaS services software, or similar enterprise software solutions
• Experience selling in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, and Commodities industries is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success developing new business and managing complex consultative sales engagements
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing sales strategies, territory plans, and revenue forecasts
• Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
• Enterprise ERP software sales
• Agriculture or Agribusiness technology a plus
