Responsibilities:

• Welcome new clients and guide them through their available benefit options
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
• Educate clients on supplemental benefit solutions
• Assist with enrollment and policy updates
• Answer questions while providing exceptional customer service
• Develop trust through ongoing communication and follow-up
• Provide continued support as clients' needs evolve
• Deliver personalized solutions based on each family's goals
• Keep accurate client records
• Follow company policies and applicable state regulations
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in every client interaction
