Customer Service Representative

Zulay Kitchen is a company focused on kitchen appliances and related products. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms, troubleshoot product issues, provide recommendations, and collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple platforms (e.g., calls, text, emails, messaging apps)
• : Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve customer issues with our kitchen appliances.Create and implement design concepts for both new and existing products
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers with inquiries and recommendations
• Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, collaborate on complex issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. There will be team meetings every day to communicate goals and collaboration with team members
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies to enhance customer support capabilities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
