Salesforce Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization and provide training and technical support services to Federally-Facilitated marketplaces. The role focuses on designing Salesforce solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing user stories and process flows, and improving business processes while coordinating with customers, vendors, and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams
• Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development
• Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
• 3+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• In depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
• Must possess Valid Salesforce certification
• Bachelors' degree required
