Enterprise Account Director - Acquisition Sales - Americas

Expereo is the Intelligent Internet Platform and a leading provider of Managed Internet, SD-WAN/SASE, Cloud Connectivity, and Network Solutions for global enterprises. The Enterprise Account Director will focus on acquiring net-new enterprise customers by executing outbound sales strategies, building executive relationships, developing qualified pipelines, and closing complex technology solutions. The role also involves positioning Expereo's connectivity and security portfolio, collaborating on proposals and RFPs, and consistently exceeding new business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers within assigned territories or verticals
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new logo acquisition and market penetration
• Generate, qualify, and advance opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, referrals, and partner engagement
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities capable of delivering and exceeding quota attainment
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business executives
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
• Position Expereo's portfolio of Managed Internet, SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Connectivity, and Network Security solutions to solve customer business challenges
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution engineering, product, and bid management teams to develop compelling customer proposals and RFP responses
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets

Requirements:

• 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong focus on net-new business acquisition
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new logo sales targets in complex, competitive markets
• Demonstrated success selling managed network services, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, security, or related telecommunications solutions
• Experience developing opportunities through self-generated prospecting and outbound business development activities
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior business stakeholders
• Expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies
• Experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, negotiations, and procurement processes
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives, cloud strategies, networking, and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern social selling techniques
• Experience responding to and managing RFP, RFQ, and bid processes
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning skills
• Fluent English communication skills are required
• Previous experience within high-growth, private equity-backed technology businesses is advantageous
• Experience working across global organizations and distributed teams is beneficial
