Senior Product Manager

ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company developing AI, data, and martech SaaS products for the rentals industry. The Senior Product Manager will shape strategic product vision while leading hands-on discovery and delivery, including market research, customer engagement, roadmap definition, metrics analysis, feature prioritization, and cross-functional product development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
• Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose pain points
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
• Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact (e.g., through analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
