Strategic Customer Success Manager (AI EdTech)

Thinkverse is a fast-growing AI EdTech startup building an AI math tutor for students and an assistant for teachers. The Strategic Customer Success Manager will own the success of major district partners from pilot through renewal, leading professional development, driving adoption, monitoring account health, demonstrating impact, and managing renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Build district success plans with clear goals, milestones, and usage expectations
• Lead virtual and in-person professional development
• Drive teacher activation and sustained student engagement across multiple schools
• Use data to identify adoption gaps and recover at-risk implementations
• Build trusted relationships with teachers, instructional leaders, and district executives
• Translate usage and outcomes into compelling impact stories
• Partner with Sales on pilot conversion and expansion strategy
• Own renewals for assigned district partners
• Build repeatable playbooks and account-health systems as Thinkverse grows

Requirements:

• At least two years of Customer Success Manager experience; experience in K–12 edtech and managing large-district accounts or pilots strongly preferred
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Strong professional-development and facilitation skills
• Confidence working with educators and district executives
• Excellent project management, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to turn usage data into clear, practical action
• Comfort working independently in an early-stage company
• Experience as a math teacher, instructional coach, curriculum leader, or district administrator preferred
