Growth Marketing Manager

Saphenia builds decision logic for enterprise AI agents, enabling them to act on complex business decisions with proof. The Growth Marketing Manager will be the company’s first dedicated marketing hire, owning the brand voice, content and reach, public relations, events, podcasts, and a measurable lead-generation engine.

Responsibilities:

• Brand and channels — the Saphenia LinkedIn and X presence, a consistent posting rhythm, and on-brand messaging across every channel, working from our brand book and writing guide
• Content and reach — creating sharp content yourself, pulling ideas from the team, and turning our people, supporters, and network into amplification
• PR, events, and podcasts — press relationships and packs, and the right speaking slots at the industry events and podcasts worth showing up at
• Lead generation — a lead-gen engine built with sales: content, audience, tooling, and repeatable systems you measure and improve

Requirements:

• A strong writer and creative mind who ships great work without hand-holding
• AI-native — you use the latest tools to move faster than a team twice your size
• High agency, ownership, and urgency; a true self-starter who thrives in a fast, sometimes chaotic startup
• A natural connector who's energized by building momentum and putting a brand on the map
• A strong preference for candidates based in or near New York or San Francisco as that's where our sales team will be
