Business/Systems Analyst (SOW)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst (SOW) for a leading financial services organization. The role supports enterprise modernization initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing data, improving reporting capabilities, and partnering with business, product, and technology stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and technology teams to elicit, document, and refine functional and technical requirements
• Analyze large datasets and reporting outputs to identify trends, validate results, and support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure modernization efforts are accurately reflected in reporting and analytics solutions
• Translate business objectives into detailed specifications and partner with development teams throughout implementation
• Assist with testing, data validation, and issue resolution to support successful project delivery

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst within large enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of mainframe systems, architecture, and related technologies
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing complex datasets
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake data platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions
