AI Scientific Business Analyst (Life Sciences, Clinical Research, and AI product delivery)

Dice is a company posting a remote contract opportunity in scientific business analysis. The AI Scientific Business Analyst will apply life sciences and clinical research expertise to business analysis, AI-ready requirements, data analysis, stakeholder management, KPI definition, and AI product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical R&D, Clinical Research, Clinical Development, or Translational Science
• 8+ years of Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience
• Strong understanding of clinical development lifecycle and pharmaceutical processes
• Experience translating business needs into AI-ready functional requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience defining KPIs, business outcomes, User Stories, URS/FRS, and leading UAT activities
• Strong understanding of Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Analysis, and Scientific Data Interpretation
• Hands-on programming experience using Python for data analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and automation
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and analysis
• Experience working with Data Scientists and AI teams to define model inputs, outputs, and evaluation metrics
• Clinical Research/Life Sciences experience acceptable – Minimum 4 years
• AI Business Analysis with AI product delivery
• Mandatory – with any Lifesciences additional courses
• URS/FRS and UAT ownership
• Pharmaceutical Digital Transformation/Healthcare Analytics – with Data Stats
