Project Manager

ReKinect is a company recruiting for a remote Project Manager role focused on T-Line, substations, and battery energy storage system projects. The role is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, commercial performance, safety, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and overall performance
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor activities
• Manage client relationships and project communications
• Track project financial performance, forecasting and cost control
• Manage project schedules and identify potential delays or issues
• Manage change orders, claims and commercial issues
• Work closely with construction leadership to resolve project challenges
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and key project stakeholders

Requirements:

• • Proven Project Management experience within major construction or EPC
• • HV experience is required
• • Experience delivering projects involving one or more of:
• • Transmission Lines / T-Lines
• • High-Voltage Substations
• • BESS / Battery Energy Storage Systems
• • Strong understanding of construction project execution
• • Experience managing project budgets, schedules and commercial performance
• • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
• • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• • Experience managing subcontractors and vendors
• • Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues
• • Major utility or renewable energy EPC experience
• • Experience across T-Line, Substation and/or BESS projects
• • High-voltage infrastructure experience
• • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
