Japanese Bilingual eCommerce Project Manager　(Remote)

Pasona N A, Inc. is recruiting for a client seeking an experienced Japanese-English bilingual Ecommerce Project Manager in an agency environment. The role manages multiple ecommerce and digital marketing projects from planning through launch and ongoing support, while coordinating clients, internal teams, developers, designers, marketers, and vendors. The position is responsible for project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, client communication, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple ecommerce and digital marketing projects from planning through launch
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client relationships
• Gather business requirements and prepare detailed project documentation
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, strategists, and external vendors
• Monitor project budgets and P&L and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements
• Provide regular project updates and proactively resolve issues or risks
• Support ecommerce websites, digital marketing initiatives, and system integrations

Requirements:

• Japanese/English bilingual skills are required
• • Business-level or higher Japanese and English communication skills required
• • Minimum 5 years of experience working with ecommerce websites
• • Experience managing multiple projects in an agency environment or experience as a Brand Manager
• • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing
• • Familiarity with web development, UX/UI, backend integrations, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and digital marketing processes
• • Strong client-facing communication and project management skills
• • Ability to create detailed project requirements and documentation
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
• • Must be available for occasional evening meetings with teams in Japan
• • Experience with platforms/tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is preferred
