Sales Development Representative

DealerSmart is a digital marketing agency that helps car dealerships dominate their local markets through omnichannel advertising and consulting services. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for high-volume prospect outreach, qualifying inbound leads, setting appointments, managing follow-ups, and transitioning qualified prospects to the Closer team.

Responsibilities:

• Take Intro Calls to qualify prospects, build rapport, and prep for demos
• Call & text new leads that didn’t self-schedule to book Intro Calls
• Schedule qualified leads for a Demo call with Closer team
• Follow-Up with prospects (no shows, non closes, etc)
• Self-Gen Intro Calls(re-book no shows, work lead pipeline)
• Possess a strong product knowledge of DealerSmart to effectively set qualified prospects for our Closer team
• Enter KPIs daily, maintain organized pipeline, tasks, and notes
• Identify opportunities for self improvement by reviewing intro calls, watching training videos, and proactively learning
• Stay informed on industry trends and company products
• Collaborate with Sales team to enhance sales skillset and ability

Requirements:

• • 2+ years High Ticket Setting in B2B

• • Strong time management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules and managing hundreds of prospect relationships

• • Team Player - you are able to collaborate with the team, make suggestions for improvement, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
