Senior Implementation Project Manager

DTN is a global data and technology company that supports operational leaders in various industries by providing decision-grade insights. They are looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and measurable outcomes of their SaaS and RaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models
• Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
• Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
