Creative Project Manager

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. The Creative Project Manager will manage video editing projects, ensure completed videos meet quality standards, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on edited videos before final approval
• Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality
• Provide clear revision feedback to video editors
• Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
• Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls
• Professional, confident, and able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment
• Agency, performance marketing, video production, account management, or client-facing experience
