The Customer Service Travel role supports clients throughout the travel planning and booking process by handling inquiries, providing travel information, assisting with reservations, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing information on destinations, travel options, and packages
• Assisting with reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Resolving issues promptly
• Ensuring a smooth customer experience before, during, and after travel
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions
• Collaborates with internal partners and travel suppliers to meet client needs
• Promote available services

Requirements:

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently
• Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
• Excellent Phone Etiquette, including active listening, empathy, and courteous communication with diverse clients
• Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access, time management, and self-motivation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings, documentation, and customer data
