Remote Member Engagement Advisor | Customer Service & Benefits

Globe Life AO, part of the Globe Life family of companies, helps working families access supplemental insurance benefits and provides training, mentorship, and professional development. The Remote Member Engagement Advisor conducts virtual consultations, explains life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, assists with enrollment, and provides ongoing customer service and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
• Welcome and assist new and prospective clients
• Learn about each client's individual needs and priorities
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Answer questions regarding coverage and benefit options
• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
• Provide ongoing customer service after enrollment
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Help clients navigate applicable claims procedures
• Maintain organized digital client records
• Complete timely follow-up communication
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements
• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions
• Receive ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
• Strengthen communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Develop product and industry knowledge
• Participate in leadership development opportunities

Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional home workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
