Remote Rep – Customer Service & Sales | Work From Home

Globe Life AO provides supplemental insurance benefits and personalized client service to working families. The company is seeking Remote Insurance Representatives to conduct virtual appointments, explain life and health insurance options, recommend coverage, support enrollment, and provide ongoing customer service. The role includes training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and opportunities for performance-based advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Identify each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on client needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Review existing coverage and assist with applicable policy or beneficiary updates
• Provide professional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records
• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Requirements:

• Applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual appointments through Zoom
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
