Technical Project Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English) (Remote)

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of technology-focused initiatives across business and IT teams. The role manages project schedules, requirements, risks, documentation, stakeholder communications, and governance activities while supporting multiple concurrent projects and communicating bilingually in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and documentation across multiple concurrent technology initiatives
• Track requirements, action items, risks, issues, and project dependencies in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, meeting materials, and other key project documentation
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and related project management tools
• Support the execution of technology-focused projects by proactively driving follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to project governance activities and support continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Requirements:

• • Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar project delivery role
• • Hands-on experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams in a professional environment
• • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, analysis, and data management
• • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• • Experience producing project documentation and coordinating activities across business and technical teams
• • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• • Familiarity with technology environments, including applications, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
• • Experience supporting applications, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects
• • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration programs
• • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• • Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
