Project Manager (IT)

Paradigm Technology is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, control, and completion of IT projects. The role manages cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application upgrade or deployment projects, including schedules, budgets, performance risks, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager leads Joint Project Teams (JPT), applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to manage and control project schedule, cost, and performance risk to ensure project is completed within a certain set of restraints (e.g., time, budget, people, quality, materials) and a high level of quality
• Work is primarily achieved by an individual, or through project teams
• The Project Manager is the single point of contact regarding a specific project
• Budget Responsibility: Capability to manage project budget over $8 Million, or a portfolio of projects that have an aggregate total over $25 Million for all active projects assigned

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with managing projects according to Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with managing budgets on projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Candidates must have an Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or be working toward one
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent real-world experience may be considered
• Experience working with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel is preferred
