Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) REMOTE

EnableComp helps healthcare providers address complex revenue cycle challenges through revenue intelligence and AI-driven solutions. The Founding Sales Development Representative will build the sales development function by qualifying inbound leads, conducting targeted outbound prospecting, engaging healthcare finance executives, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales activities in CRM and sales engagement platforms. The role will also contribute to improving sales processes and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams.

Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Build relationships with prospective healthcare organizations through personalized, consultative outreach
• Identify and engage qualified decision-makers within target accounts
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads
• Assess prospect fit and schedule discovery meetings for the appropriate Account Executive
• Maintain timely follow-up and nurture opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle
• Schedule discovery/introductory calls, meetings, demos, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with prospective and existing customers
• Develop trusted relationships with healthcare finance leaders through consistent communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce
• Utilize sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft (or similar) to execute outreach campaigns
• Monitor outreach performance and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
• Contribute ideas to improve outbound strategies, messaging, workflows, and SDR best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to continuously optimize the sales development process

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound prospecting
• Experience engaging executive-level buyers through outbound prospecting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Self-starter who thrives in an evolving environment
• Comfortable helping build and improve sales processes
• Professional, polished communicator capable of engaging senior executives

• Strong familiarity with the healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement processes, and the challenges faced by healthcare providers in optimizing financial performance

• Demonstrated experience in partnering and influencing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities and set and achieve goals/objectives
• Some travel required (less than 30%), primarily for occasional team, client meetings, trade shows/conferences, or company offsites
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; standard office or remote work environment
• Experience selling into healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), financial services, or another complex B2B industry is strongly preferred
