Delivery Project Manager

Mphasis is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee customer-focused project delivery in a fast-paced technology environment. The role is responsible for managing projects, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies, and driving successful outcomes using Java technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team performance
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management

Requirements:

• • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• • Proficiency in Java and related technologies
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
• • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges
• • Must have more than 12 years of experience
• • Must have telecom domain experience
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• • Demonstrated success in managing delivery projects and customer relationships
• • Experience with project management tools and software
• • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
• • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• • Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus
