Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist

Input 1 and gotoPremiumFinance are hiring a Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to manage social media presence and produce written, graphic, and video content for insurance industry audiences. The role involves developing and optimizing social campaigns, tracking performance, supporting executive and sales accounts, and creating event content.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social channels across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
• Create social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video content
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Track performance metrics and use data to refine strategy
• Support executive and sales team social accounts
• Capture and produce content at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable results
• Strong copywriting skills across both short-form and long-form content
• Proficiency with professional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with paid social ad platforms and campaign management
• Background in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS
• Experience editing short-form video for digital platforms
