Studio+ Marketing Transformation - Sales and Delivery Lead - Senior Manager

EY is a globally connected professional services organization that helps clients create value through assurance, consulting, tax, strategy, transactions, data, AI, and advanced technology. EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Adobe sales and delivery, develop client strategies, architect enterprise solutions, and oversee complex marketing and customer experience transformation programs. The role also involves executive relationship management, revenue growth, delivery governance, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities while serving as the executive lead for key pursuits and client relationships
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Lead complex implementations by designing scalable, cross-platform integrations leveraging APIs, automation, and leading-practice solution architectures
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization while leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation by defining future-state marketing capabilities, identifying innovation opportunities, and translating emerging technologies into business value
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to support client engagements, business development activities, and team leadership responsibilities

• • Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
• • Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems
• • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence stakeholders
• • Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall
• • Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
• • No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation
• • Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP
• • Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives
• • Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries
• • Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities
• • Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence
• Master's degree preferred
