Senior Project Manager

CAVU is an aviation-focused company creating seamless travel experiences for airport passengers and the businesses that serve them. The Senior Project Manager will lead airport lounge development projects from award through construction, commissioning, completion and handover, managing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, risks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead airport lounge projects from award through to completion and handover
• Establish and manage project scope, budgets, schedules and contracts
• Lead project kick-offs and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Act as Cavu's key point of contact for airport authorities, consultants, contractors and project partners
• Manage project performance across budget, schedule, quality and risk
• Identify and resolve challenges, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience managing design and construction projects
• Required: Airport/aviation project experience, with an understanding of the complexities of working in live airport environments
• Proven experience managing multiple projects across budget, schedule, contracts and delivery
• Experience working with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred
