HR Project Manager Lead

The Lead Human Resources Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex corporate HR projects and programs, including project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, communication, and organizational change management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex corporate HR projects and programs
• Work with project sponsors and partners to develop the project's scope, objectives, analysis, planning, team communication, and organizational change management
• Lead project teams in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation to complete projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum nine years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience leading projects and project delivery
• Proven project management experience, including managing HR projects, with the ability to initiate and lead projects with little direction or supervision, and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Familiar with industry-standard project management principles and methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid), HR systems (ServiceNow and Workday), and certification(s) in project management
• Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and collaborate with all levels in the organization, including senior business leaders, to obtain desired results
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical resources to implement new systems, initiatives, and/or programs, including change management
• Technical competence and proficiency in project management software, including experience building complex project plans
