Customer Service / Healthcare Claims Rep (Remote)

Concentrix is a global customer experience and technology services company. The Customer Service / Healthcare Claims Representative provides customer support for medical claims, resolves basic technical issues, manages information in databases, and offers additional products or services in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support processing medical claims in a back-office setting
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Requirements:

• • 1+ year of previous claims experience (healthcare claims preferred)
• • Open availability
• • A high school diploma or GED
• • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• • Eagerness to learn new technologies
• • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
• • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
• The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position. Work is generally sedentary in nature
