Sales Account Executive

OneTrack.AI provides logistics operations solutions through camera sensors, data capture devices, a mission control platform, and AI agents. The Sales Account Executive will drive new business and revenue growth in the warehouse and third-party logistics sectors by building executive relationships, leading the full sales cycle, managing client engagements, and pursuing customer expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Win new business. Grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by identifying high-value channels, securing strategic introductions, and developing executive-level relationships in the warehouse and 3PL space
• Align and educate stakeholders. Partner with internal teams and external champions to build market awareness and position our solution for success
• Lead the sales cycle. Deliver compelling demos, training sessions, and sales meetings that move opportunities to close
• Own the client journey. Manage engagements end-to-end—from prospecting and qualification through signature—ensuring a smooth hand-off to implementation and driving expansion opportunities
• Champion customer success. Safeguard a seamless onboarding experience while proactively pursuing upsell and cross-sell growth
• Represent OneTrack. Serve as a brand ambassador at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Innovate with AI. Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence, continually introducing smarter, more efficient operating practices

Requirements:

• 5-7+ Years experience cultivating your own book of business in B2B hardware and SaaS products
• 3+ years of sales experience directly with logistics and/or physical operations
• Exceptional communication skills and even stronger follow through
• Deep and developed network of trusted industry contacts and experts
• Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, managers, front-line teammates and cross-functional partners
• Diplomacy, poise and unfailing judgment when working through issues, competing priorities, and discussing tradeoffs
