Sales Development Representative

United Roofing Partners is a commercial roofing lead generation company that helps roofing contractors generate qualified roof inspection opportunities through B2B cold calling. The Sales Development Representative makes high-volume outbound calls to commercial decision-makers, identifies roofing needs, schedules qualified inspections, records activity in the CRM, and meets performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Make 130+ outbound B2B cold calls per day
• Call commercial businesses from company-provided prospect lists
• Speak with property owners, facility managers, maintenance managers, and other decision-makers
• Ask questions to identify potential roofing needs
• Introduce the opportunity for a commercial roof inspection
• Schedule qualified inspections for our contractor partners
• Accurately record calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM
• Maintain consistent daily call volume
• Meet weekly and monthly performance expectations
• Participate in coaching and training
• Improve your cold-calling, objection-handling, and appointment-setting skills

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ year of cold-calling experience
• Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers
• Proven ability to handle objections and rejection
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to consistently meet activity and performance expectations
• Highly coachable
