• Demonstrated results supported by evidence: You can share case studies showing improvements in qualified inquiries, bookings, or revenue over a defined period, with clear data sources and an explanation of the actions behind the results
• Experience pitching to clients and helping win business: You have worked directly with clients to assess their needs, present proposals, address objections, and support pricing discussions and deal closure
• Ability to stay involved in hands-on delivery: You are familiar with Instagram content planning, production coordination, publishing, and analytics, and understand how nail salons attract local customers and convert interest into bookings. You can communicate with clients in English, assess content quality, coordinate delivery, resolve issues, and share your expertise with the team
• Experience as an operations lead or senior consultant at a social media agency serving local businesses in the US, with involvement in both sales and client delivery
• Practical experience improving delivery efficiency through AI tools, automation, or standardized service packages
