Staff Product Designer - remote opportunity

Tivity Health provides healthy life-changing solutions and health and wellness services. The Staff Product Designer will lead strategic, cross-product design initiatives, drive alignment and consistency, evolve design systems, and influence product and business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale initiatives spanning multiple products, customer journeys, or business domains
• Drive alignment across teams around customer experience strategy and priorities
• Identify opportunities for experience improvements across the product ecosystem
• Establish best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality
• Lead the evolution and governance of design systems and standards
• Define reusable frameworks, interaction patterns, and scalable solutions
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Serve as a trusted advisor to product and business leadership
• Mentor senior designers and elevate overall design maturity
• Facilitate decision-making across teams and functions
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and customer-centered thinking throughout the organization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience designing complex digital products
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams or domains
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and organizational impact
• Expertise in design systems, service design, and scalable experience frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and organizational decisions
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
