Fractional Growth Marketer (B2C Fintech)

CardFlow Financial is a B2C fintech company that simplifies credit card management through unified payments and a smart dashboard. The Fractional Growth Marketer will drive user acquisition, activation, and retention by developing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and building repeatable growth playbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing growth experiments
• Optimizing funnels
• Running campaigns that move prospects from waitlist sign-up to active product usage
• Collaborating with the founder to refine positioning
• Testing messaging and creative
• Analyzing performance across web and marketing analytics tools
• Iterating on campaigns based on measurable outcomes
• Own growth strategy and execution
• Build repeatable playbooks
• Provide clear reporting and recommendations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and running experiments for B2C products
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to track funnels, cohorts, and campaign performance
• Lead Generation experience across paid, organic, and partnership channels, including building and optimizing acquisition campaigns
• Strong ability to interpret data, formulate insights, and translate findings into actionable growth strategies
• Comfort operating in early-stage environments, setting up systems from scratch, and working autonomously in a remote setting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present experiments, results, and next steps to non-specialist stakeholders
• Availability for a fractional/contract engagement, with flexibility to scale involvement based on growth milestones and company needs
• Background in consumer fintech, financial services, or related industries is highly beneficial
