Growth Marketer (Portfolio Brands)

PCM Services is a shared growth and operating engine supporting a portfolio of high-growth consumer and services businesses. The Growth Marketer will execute and support paid media, creative testing, analytics, campaign management, and marketing operations across multiple portfolio brands, with opportunities to take on increasing strategic responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish Google Business Profile content and updates across designated brands
• Conduct keyword research and negative keyword analysis to improve campaign efficiency
• Draft compelling ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
• Research competitors, messaging trends, landing pages, and growth opportunities across portfolio companies
• Monitor and report on marketing performance across paid, social, and lead-generation channels
• Support campaign launches, creative testing, audience development, and optimization initiatives
• Assist with project management for new marketing initiatives, product launches, and growth experiments
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through data analysis, testing, and operational excellence
• Generate fresh creative concepts and campaign ideas that help brands stand out in competitive markets

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of marketing experience (internships and relevant project work count)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
• Interest in growth marketing, paid media, digital advertising, analytics, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring responsibilities across multiple accounts
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities
• Takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do
• Balances attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution
• Communicates clearly in writing and can translate ideas into compelling marketing copy
• Can context-switch across multiple brands while maintaining quality and organization
• Is analytically curious and enjoys using data to make decisions
• Brings creativity, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset
• Views feedback as an opportunity to grow and improve
• Location : U.S.-based fully remote (being in New York City or Miami is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required
