Salesforce and HubSpot Marketing Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 8 12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Python, and Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-scale marketing automation solutions that drive customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires a blend of marketing technology consulting, solution architecture, hands-on development, integration expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Configure and optimize Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Intelligence Reports.
• Develop data models, segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and personalization frameworks.
• Lead marketing automation initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Define best practices for campaign execution, deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization.

HubSpot Development & Administration

• Design and manage solutions across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM.
• Develop and optimize workflows, lead nurturing journeys, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
• Configure pipelines, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Ensure alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce ecosystems.

Software Development & Integration

• Develop scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and custom services.
• Build automation and data-processing solutions using Python.
• Develop Java-based services and integration frameworks supporting Martech ecosystems.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot with CRM, ERP, CDP, Data Lake, and third-party applications.
• Design reusable components and APIs for customer data synchronization.

Data Management & Analytics

• Create and maintain customer data models, data extensions, and segmentation strategies.
• Implement data governance, deduplication, and data quality processes.
• Support advanced reporting, campaign analytics, and customer engagement metrics.
• Work closely with business teams to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

Stakeholder & Consulting Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create solution design documents, functional specifications, and architecture diagrams.
• Provide advisory on Marketing Cloud and HubSpot best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and consultants.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 12 years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on coding experience in Python and Java.
• Experience integrating SFMC and HubSpot with enterprise applications.
