Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Left Field Labs is a creative technology agency that builds digital transformation, product innovation, immersive experiences, and applied AI solutions. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead demand generation, marketing, and product marketing initiatives to accelerate business growth, build pipeline, and optimize performance through AI, data, and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

• Own demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and customer acquisition
• Lead marketing and product marketing initiatives across digital channels
• Leverage AI to improve marketing execution, decision-making, and operational efficiency
• Use data and performance insights to inform strategy and optimize results
• Test, measure, and scale high-impact marketing initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and executive leadership
• Lead and support a team through strategic initiatives, execution, and continuous improvement
• Develop creative, customer-centric messaging that makes complex AI products approachable and compelling

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or technology company
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Proven success leading demand generation and consistently driving measurable pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase marketing productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to guide strategic decisions
• Experience leading small, cross-functional marketing teams and external agency or contractor relationships
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scaling environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience marketing AI or emerging technology products
• B2C marketing experience or a consumer-first approach to storytelling
• Marketing operations experience, including attribution, reporting, and campaign measurement
• Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Claude, Supermetrics, Webflow, or similar modern marketing technology platforms
• Experience building brands that simplify complex technical products through compelling messaging
