Junior Project Manager

Rebel Email Marketing helps eCommerce brands scale through voice-driven email marketing. The Junior Project Manager supports client accounts by managing timelines, dependencies, approvals, hand-offs, communications, quality control, and pre-send checks to keep campaigns on schedule and error-free.

Responsibilities:

• Keep every account a week ahead of send dates. That buffer is the biggest quality lever we have
• Close every open loop. Assets, credentials, access, sign-offs. Each item has an owner and a date. You chase it until it lands
• Run the approval cycle. Work goes out, feedback comes back consolidated, revisions hold to the agreed rounds. If a client is the reason a deadline is at risk, you escalate to the Account Manager fast
• Move work through the pipeline. Brief, copy, design, build, schedule. Nothing stalls between stages
• Own the comms hub. Rebel runs on Slack, and so do you. Fast answers, threads moving, zero orphaned requests
• Own pre-send QC. Segments, exclusions, links, codes, preview text, rendering, proofing. Before anything goes out, you've checked it
• Support client calls. Agendas before, actions and owners after. Every commitment gets logged and chased
• Keep records straight. Trackers and docs stay accurate. The status is the truth

Requirements:

• High-level written English, clean and error-free
• Slack-native. Several threads at once, genuinely responsive, disciplined about closing conversations out
• Organized to the point of obsession. You notice the thing that's missing before anyone asks
• Follow up persistently, and it lands as helpful, never as nagging
• Experience with quality control or proofing
• Self-accountable in a fully remote environment
• Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours
• Asana experience preferred. That's our system
• Klaviyo experience strongly preferred. That's our clients' world. We'll train if you have the brain for it
• Ecommerce or email marketing familiarity is a plus
