Lead Services Specialist - Customer Contract Management

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Services Specialist to oversee customer contract management and service operations. The role owns customer relationships, financial performance, service strategy, operational excellence, team leadership, continuous improvement, compliance, and customer issue resolution across an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio customer relationship ownership, operational excellence ownership, & team leadership for assigned area
• Demonstrate responsibility for the financial performance of the backlog for all contractual and transactional service activities within the sub region
• Partner with Product Line Leaders to drive productivity programs to drive cost out, customer availability and reliability, etc
• Foster collaboration between parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other critical areas to ensure service excellence for our customers
• Develop services business strategy for defined portfolio and provide feedback on market dynamics
• Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and be the focal point for customer issue resolution and implement strategies to maximize our business activities from those customers
• Lead sub region Fleet’s efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence and implement Operation Safety Policy instructions
• Lead sub region efforts to drive continuous improvement through Lean principles aimed at delivering service support to our customers that meets their business needs
• Drive operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
• • Minimum 7 years total experience with at least 3 years of Gas Power Services experience
• • People Leadership experience
• • English, French and Arabic speaker
• • Highly collaborative with demonstrated capability for driving change
• • Strong experience in budgeting, cash, pacing and invoices
• • Demonstrated capability in leading through influence in a matrixed global organization
• • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• • Experience interfacing with customers
• • Customer-focused with clear, concise written and oral communications to the appropriate level
• • Practical knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma techniques including Hoshin Kanri
• • Humble, open, collaborative, and continuously learning
• • One Team mentality, leading horizontally to support our customers despite internal hurdles
