Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Function Health is a healthcare technology company focused on helping people live healthier lives through accessible health data and technology. The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth will lead product launches, go-to-market strategy, enterprise enablement, cross-product positioning, member engagement, research, and cross-functional collaboration across product and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Launch Excellence: Own the strategy and execution of high-impact product launches
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, ensuring seamless coordination across product, marketing, sales, and enterprise teams
• Drive speed-to-market while maintaining high launch quality
• Enterprise Enablement: Build and refine B2B messaging frameworks tailored for enterprise/corporate wellness audiences. Create and manage enablement materials for sales, partnerships, and enterprise activation. Partner closely with the Enterprise team to ensure Function’s value proposition resonates with corporate buyers
• Cross-Product Strategy: Lead positioning, messaging, and GTM for the integrated Function + Ezra MRI/CT scan product ecosystem. Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, optimizing adoption across multiple product lines. Ensure unified, consistent messaging across all member and enterprise touchpoints
• Member Experience Optimization: Own strategies to deepen member engagement and retention. Implement systems to track and improve member experience. Regularly refresh and optimize customer journeys based on data, feedback, and evolving product features
• Research & Insights: Lead user and market research to inform product, messaging, and experience strategies. Standardize research processes and tools (e.g., Dovetail) for scalable insight generation. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that shape both product and GTM decisions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a pivotal connector across Product, Marketing, Design, Enterprise, Ezra, and Research teams. Align stakeholders on strategic goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and clarity

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, ideally with growth and enterprise/B2B experience
• Proven expertise in product launches, with a track record of successful execution across multiple channels
• Experience in enterprise/corporate wellness marketing, including messaging and enablement material development
• Strong background in multi-product portfolios, product integrations, or cross-sell strategies
• Hands-on expertise with user research platforms (Dovetail or similar) and ability to build standardized research processes
• Structured, analytical thinker who balances strategy with hands-on execution
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with the following tech stack:
