Animal Pharmacy Customer Service Call Center Agent - Remote after Training!!

Wedgewood Pharmacy is a provider of customized veterinary medications and compassionate animal care. The Animal Pharmacy Customer Service Call Center Agent delivers customer service, manages patient and prescriber information, enters prescriptions, handles high-volume communications, and collaborates with pharmacy and fulfillment teams; the role is remote after six weeks of onsite training.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems
• Enter prescriptions in our systems
• Adapt swiftly to each customer interaction, whether inbound, outbound, or written, through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions
• Work independently and collaborate with team members!
• Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities
• Answer high-volume calls - over 60 per day
• Be able to work uninterrupted, with 90% of your day assisting customers

Requirements:

• Must be within a commutable distance of Swedesboro, NJ
• • Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License. (We train you)
• • Experienced in data entry and multitasking
• • Experienced in handling high-volume inbound calls - 60 or more a day
• • Previous call center experience or high-volume call environment
• • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures
• • An effective and persuasive communicator
• • Professional computer experience (Office, Internet, etc.)
• • Strong math skills
• • A high school graduate or equivalent required
• • Live within a commutable distance to Swedesboro, NJ
