Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Streamline Group is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the launch of a new functional CPG eTailer platform. The role owns retention, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, lifecycle technology, agency management, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional program execution from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Own the relationship with our full-service email/SMS agency — brief them on strategy and segmentation priorities, review and approve flows and creative, and hold them accountable to performance
• Retain hands-on technical ownership of Klaviyo platform setup, integrations, deliverability, and list health
• Own Yotpo end-to-end: full platform setup and the reviews & rewards program from design through management and optimization and working with the SEO/AEO agency on reviews-driven content
• Set up and manage our Reviewer Panel Program and partnering with the Growth Manager on reviewer acquisition, and managing completions, incentives/investment, and flows
• Own Recharge end-to-end: full subscription program setup and management
• Ensure Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge, and Shopify backend tracking work together cleanly, partnering with the stores/dev team on integration; build and present C-suite-level reporting on retention performance and budget decisions
• Manage the full retention budget in partnership with the CBCO
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and the web/dev team to set up and manage programs

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in lifecycle/retention/CRM marketing, with at least 2–3 years in DTC/ecommerce specifically (not brand-side CPG only)
• At least one prior 0-to-1 launch or experience owning agency relationships as the client-side decision-maker
• Hands-on, full-build platform expertise in Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Recharge. Able to set these up from scratch
• Experience integrating ESP + reviews/loyalty + subscription + Shopify backend for unified reporting
• Experience managing projects and build-outs as retention owner in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment
• Operationally minded — anticipates dependencies before they become blockers and proactively flags risks and dependencies rather than waiting to be asked
• Eastern Time zone preferred
