Principal Product Manager

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance, providing large insurers with the software solutions they need to thrive in a technology-driven world. They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, collaborate with teams, and drive impactful product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the roadmap for new and existing products, shaping how Assured delivers value to customers
• Partner with customers, sales, and implementation teams to uncover insights and turn them into actionable strategies
• Work closely with engineering and design to launch features that are innovative, scalable, and delightful
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineering leaders to influence both product and company direction
