Principal Product Manager

Oracle provides AI and cloud solutions that support industry innovation and healthcare delivery. The Principal Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a life sciences intelligence SaaS platform spanning clinical, safety, commercial, digital health, and real-world evidence domains. The role involves leading AI-first product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging executives and customers, and influencing go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy for Oracle’s Life Sciences Intelligence Suite, aligning long-term vision with real customer needs across post-market, safety and evidence generation domains
• Drive AI-first 0-1 product development, leading the evolution from form-based legacy workflows to intelligent, agentic applications that surface insights and drive actions
• Champion end-to-end post-market workflows with pharma, health systems and payers — from market intelligence, safety actions, and post-trial commercialization
• Shape platform architecture and experience, ensuring seamless integration between pharma sponsors, provider sites, and analytics teams
• Partner deeply with engineering, data science, and cloud infrastructure teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into trusted, scalable products
• Serve as a senior product voice with customers, engaging executive stakeholders to understand scientific, regulatory, and operational priorities that guide roadmap decisions
• Influence go-to-market strategy, working with sales, marketing, and business development to drive adoption, growth, and market leadership
• Operate as a principal-level IC, setting the bar for product excellence, mentoring other PMs through influence (not hierarchy), and shaping product culture across HDI

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
• 11 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Product Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product management, including collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and adapt product strategies
• Product Performance Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product performance, including analyzing system metrics and dashboards to influence product direction
• Product Promotion Demonstrated success in promoting new product releases and features to maximize customer engagement and market impact
• Product Domain Knowledge Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product domain expertise, including applying domain knowledge to deliver successful products and solutions
• Research Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of research, including gathering information, formulating questions, and interpreting results to address objectives
• Competitive Analysis Demonstrated skill in analyzing competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic positioning
• Client Relationship Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of client relationship management, including establishing and maintaining trusted client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Customer Success Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of customer success management, including understanding customer business needs and tailoring solutions for successful outcomes
• Customer Product Alignment Demonstrated success in aligning product features with customer requirements for maximum value delivery
• 12 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field
• Oracle Product Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle products and the ability to educate customers on their effective use
• Agile Methodologies Demonstrated ability to use agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and product delivery
• 4 years of experience in the relevant product domain (e.g., procurement, accounting, healthcare)
• 2 years of experience in applying agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum framework) to manage projects
• 3 years of experience in customer interaction
• Product management or product domain related certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master Certification, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification, Project Management Professional Certification, American Production and Inventory Control Society [APICS] Certifications)
