Product Compliance Manager (Remote)

Cisco develops solutions that connect and protect organizations across physical and digital environments. The Product Compliance Manager will drive strategy, operational scale, and cross-functional execution across the global Splunk compliance portfolio, including cloud assurance, portfolio governance, AI-enabled automation, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies, ensuring efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness
• Operational Excellence: Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance across on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid environments
• AI & Automation: Lead initiatives to scale compliance operations through AI and intelligent workflow integration, reducing manual effort and enhancing audit readiness
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers
• Data-Driven Insights: Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and program maturity

Requirements:

• Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience
• 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments
• Prior experience in cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CSA STAR)
• Previous background with executive presence to translate vision into actionable strategy, effectively managing expectations and requirements across diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience driving enterprise transformation and operational maturity
• Professional security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or a relevant cloud-security certification (e.g., AWS Security Specialty or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer) are highly preferred
• Prior experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments, translating requirements into market expansion and roadmap priorities
• Prior experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics to reduce manual effort, improve audit readiness, and create executive-ready performance insights
