Growth Marketing Manager

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels. The role involves executing growth campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, managing experiments and automation workflows, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve key metrics and support mutual fund marketing compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels
• Planning and executing growth campaigns, optimizing funnels, and managing experiments to increase key metrics such as AUM, sign-ups, and engagement
• Collaborating with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, define audience segments, and create targeted campaigns
• Analyzing performance data, managing marketing automation workflows, overseeing digital touchpoints (website, email, social), and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership
• Staying current with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines relevant to mutual fund marketing

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing, including funnel optimization, A/B testing, and performance-driven campaign management
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and workflows to design, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns
• Proven Project Management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate complex data and investment concepts clearly, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with high accountability and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
• experience in mutual funds or broader capital markets is an advantage
