Marketing Manager

Spoken is an AI audiobook company that enables authors and publishers to create immersive, multi-voice audiobooks using agentic AI and voice synthesis. The Marketing Manager will own the growth engine end-to-end by managing paid acquisition, creating marketing assets, leveraging AI-powered CRM automation, optimizing lifecycle conversion, and analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, run, and scale paid campaigns across digital channels, continually optimizing CAC, targeting, and messaging based on performance data
• Fully leverage leading AI tools and CRM platforms to build automated workflows, audience segmentation, and personalized email/messaging sequences
• Hands-on creation of marketing assets (using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or AI design tools), editorial copy, and social media content that aligns with Spoken’s brand
• Partner with product and author and B2B relations teams to refine cross-channel messaging, shape funnel conversion, and build brand awareness
• Monitor analytics, track campaign metrics, and iteratively test messaging to maximize lead quality and platform adoption

Requirements:

• Experience managing digital marketing, paid acquisition, and growth strategies with measurable ROI
• Expert-level proficiency in leveraging AI solutions to speed up creative production, optimize copy, automate CRM workflows, and scale results
• Ability to generate crisp copy and produce visual assets independently
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Experience or strong interest in publishing, creator platforms, media, or audiobooks is a major plus
