Digital Marketing Manager

Sharon McMahon Education is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to grow its audience, strengthen its digital presence, and drive measurable business results. The role leads paid and organic marketing, creator and partner collaborations, email campaigns, analytics, and systems for ongoing campaign optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, conversions, and revenue
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Manage campaign budgets, testing, pacing, reporting, and ongoing performance optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, affiliates, and aligned brand partners
• Identify and execute collaborations that introduce the brand to relevant new audiences
• Lead organic marketing across social media, email, partnerships, and other owned channels
• Partner with creative, editorial, and leadership teams on messaging, content, and campaign assets
• Monitor audience behavior, platform shifts, and campaign data; turn insights into clear recommendations and next steps
• Create repeatable systems for campaign planning, creator outreach, reporting, and optimization

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience , ideally with a consumer-facing, media, e-commerce, membership, subscription, creator, or high-growth brand
• Proven success managing paid campaigns tied to meaningful outcomes, including customer acquisition, email-list growth, conversions, subscriptions, traffic, or sales
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager; experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience managing influencer, creator, affiliate, or brand-partnership campaigns from outreach through execution and reporting
• Strong command of organic social strategy, content distribution, email marketing, and audience development
• Comfort with campaign analytics, testing, tracking, landing pages, and conversion paths
• Excellent written communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• An organized, resourceful working style and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and sound judgment matter
• Candidates must be available to work hours that align with Eastern and Central Time business hours
• Experience with newsletters, subscriptions, memberships, editorial products, books, education, media, or mission-driven consumer brands
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, influencer-management tools, or similar systems
• Experience collaborating with founders, creators, editors, or public-facing thought leaders
