B2B Sales / Business Development Manager

Cubikey is seeking an experienced B2B technology sales professional to grow its Web Development, HubSpot, and Managed AI Services business. The B2B Technology Sales Manager will prospect and engage business decision-makers, develop solutions with the technical team, manage the full sales cycle, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B technology-service opportunities
• Prospect companies through LinkedIn, email, calling, networking and other channels
• Connect with founders, CXOs, CMOs, CTOs, CIOs and business decision-makers
• Identify companies looking for Web Development, HubSpot or AI solutions
• Understand the client's business requirements and pain points
• Qualify opportunities and determine project potential
• Conduct initial discovery discussions
• Coordinate with Cubikey's technical team for solutioning
• Prepare and present proposals to prospects
• Follow up and manage the complete sales cycle
• Negotiate commercials and close deals
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop long-term relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenue
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Candidates must have prior experience selling technology services , specifically in one or more of the following:
• Web Development / Website Development Services
• HubSpot Development / HubSpot CMS Services
• IT Services / Software Development Services
• AI Services / Generative AI Services
• AI Automation / AI Agents / Conversational AI
• Managed Technology or Managed AI Services
• • 2+ years of proven B2B technology-services sales experience
• • Previous experience selling Web Development, HubSpot, IT Services or AI Services
• • Experience selling to businesses rather than only individual consumers
• • Strong outbound prospecting experience
• • Experience generating meetings with decision-makers
• • Strong understanding of consultative selling
• • Ability to understand a client's business requirement
• • Ability to work with technical teams to build solutions
• • Strong presentation and communication skills
• • Strong negotiation and closing skills
• • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
